REUNION REGISTRATION DEADLINE APPROACHING!

The 2016 Reunion Registration Deadline is fast approaching! The 2016 Reunion and Annual Membership Meeting will be held in the Mystic/Norwich area of Connecticut on September 15th - 18th, 2016 at the Holiday Inn in Norwich, CT. IT IS NOT TOO LATE TO REGISTER for the Reunion, but the deadline is August 15th to secure a hotel room at our contracted rates. We may not be able to obtain an extension to that deadline because, as evidenced by the rate structure outlined below, demand for rooms at the hotel that weekend is great. So if your reservation isn't made with the hotel by the 15th, you may not be able to get a room there at all. You must call the hotel to make your room reservation, simply sending in your Reunion registration form to the Delano Kindred WILL NOT reserve a hotel room for you. The Holiday Inn is located at 10 Laura Boulevard in Norwich, CT 06360, telephone (860) 889-5201. When making a reservation please mention DELANO KINDRED to receive our lower rate. Laura Boulevard is conveniently located just off highway CT 82 (Salem Turnpike) and a short distance from the I-395 interchange 11 in Connecticut. The DELANO KINDRED September rates are $119 per night on Thursday and Friday, but are increased to $149 per night on Saturday due to the weekend crowd attending the nearby Foxwoods Resort Casino. The DELANO KINDRED rates are available 3 days before and 3 days after reunion nights and all rates are subject to an additional 6.35% tax. The Educational Symposium, Annual Membership Meeting, and both meal events will be held at the Holiday Inn and arrangements have been made for a Hospitality Suite.
