In this issue of the Bonnes Nouvelles we include information about the 2021 Reunion and Annual Membership Meeting.
We also discuss a few changes in the organization, including my new role, a report on the restoration of the Benoni Delano marker in the Myles Standish Burying Ground, and some educational and informational articles we wanted to add for all to enjoy.
As many of you know by now, Mr. George B Delano has stepped down as Editor of the Delano Kindred Newsletter and will now serves as our Editor Emeritus. He will, of course, be as much a part of the Kindred Newsletter as he wants, as well as continue to offer his sage advice and priceless opinions.
With that being said, I wanted to briefly introduce myself. I am Nick Neagle, currently living in Stafford, Virginia. My mother, Patricia Delano, was part of the Northern Neck of Virginia’s Delano line. I grew up learning all about the Delano line because I went to a reunion in Warsaw, Virginia in 1991, when I was only 11 years old. I work in Cyber Security for a branch of the Navy known as NCIS, you might have heard of them.
